1. Operator and acceptance
These Terms govern the ExamPrep website, application, question banks, mock tests, explanations and digital courses. ExamPrep is operated by Bidisha Saha, Mejia, Bankura, West Bengal, India. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and the linked policies.
2. Accounts and responsibility
- Provide accurate information and keep it reasonably current.
- Keep passwords, verification codes and account access confidential.
- Use paid access only for the learner for whom it was purchased unless a course expressly states otherwise.
- Report suspected unauthorised access to getsupport8@gmail.com.
3. Educational purpose
Content is provided for education and practice. It does not guarantee selection, rank, score, employment or examination eligibility. Exam patterns, syllabi, dates and official rules may change; verify important information with the relevant official authority.
4. Courses, tests, validity and access
Each published course page states its current price, validity and included exams or sections. Eligible access is activated against the learner's account after successful payment and verification. Access is limited to the purchased validity period. Mock tests and other course content may be corrected, refined or reasonably reorganised while preserving the educational purpose of the purchase.
5. Payments and coupons
- A payment is treated as successful only after confirmation by the payment provider and the trusted backend.
- Prices and applicable charges are shown before a supported purchase.
- Coupons may have eligibility, validity, usage and course restrictions and may be changed or withdrawn for future purchases.
- Do not attempt payment manipulation, chargeback abuse or unauthorised coupon use.
- The website currently lists courses but does not itself collect payments.
6. Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of successful payment and are reviewed under the Cancellation & Refund Policy. A timely request is not automatically approved. Applicable law and payment-provider requirements continue to apply.
7. Intellectual property
The platform interface, original explanations, question organisation, course material, branding and software are owned by or lawfully licensed to the operator. A purchase grants a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use eligible content during the access period; it does not transfer ownership.
8. Prohibited use
- Copying, scraping, recording, republishing, selling or systematically distributing protected content without permission.
- Sharing paid access, credentials or test content at scale.
- Reverse engineering, bypassing access controls, introducing malware or probing for vulnerabilities without authorisation.
- Using the service for fraud, harassment, unlawful activity or disruption.
9. Availability and reasonable changes
Maintenance, provider outages, connectivity, security events or circumstances beyond reasonable control may interrupt service. Features and content may change. Material changes affecting paid access will be handled reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.
10. Restriction or termination
Where lawful and proportionate, access may be restricted or suspended for payment fraud, serious misuse, security threats, repeated infringement or a material breach of these Terms.
11. Responsibility, law and support
Users remain responsible for examination applications, eligibility checks, study decisions and device or internet access.
