1. Delete directly in the app
- Sign in to MockCanvas and open the app menu.
- Choose Profile, then Delete Account.
- Read the deletion summary and choose Password or Google reauthentication.
- Complete reauthentication, type DELETE, then choose Delete account permanently.
The app clears account-linked local state and returns to its initial screen after the server confirms deletion.
2. Request deletion without the app
You do not need to install the app or sign in on this website. Preferably email support from the same Google or email account used for MockCanvas. Include only that email address and a clear deletion request.
Do not send passwords, one-time passwords, authentication tokens, card details, CVVs, UPI PINs, bank passwords or government identification. Support may request reasonable additional verification to prevent unauthorised deletion.
3. What deletion does
The implemented process removes the account profile and account-linked learning and attempt history, saved questions, in-progress tests, leaderboard entries, notification registrations, course entitlements and access grants. It removes the account's submission from linked question-report issues and deletes the Firebase Authentication account after application-data removal succeeds.
Deletion ends access associated with that account. Creating another account later does not restore deleted course access or learning state.
4. Information that may be retained
Limited deletion-status, payment and transaction records may be retained where reasonably required for security, fraud or abuse prevention, financial and tax reconciliation, refunds or disputes, and legal or regulatory obligations. Retained records do not remain usable as an active account.
5. Purchases and subscriptions
Deleting a MockCanvas account does not necessarily cancel, reverse or alter a Google Play transaction. Manage any purchase that requires separate action through Google Play. Refund requests remain subject to the applicable provider process, the published MockCanvas policy and applicable law.
