The platform is organised around exams including WBCS, West Bengal Police, Kolkata Police, RRB NTPC and WBSSC / SLST. Actual content availability can vary by exam and section.
Published courses are listed from the current course catalogue. Each course shows its price, validity, included exams and included sections. Eligible digital access is linked to the learner's account after successful payment and verification.
Validity is shown separately for each course. Access remains available for that purchased validity period, subject to the Terms and any lawful restriction for serious misuse.
No. The website currently provides course information but does not collect payments. Payment integration is being prepared for the app; no website button opens a checkout flow.
Courses are digital. After successful payment and verification, eligible access is activated against the learner's ExamPrep account. No physical parcel is normally shipped.
A refund request must be submitted within 24 hours of successful payment. Submission within that period does not guarantee approval; each request is reviewed on its verified facts, the published policy and applicable law.
