Delete in the Android app
- Sign in to MockCanvas.
- Open Profile and choose Delete Account.
- Read the deletion summary, type DELETE, and reauthenticate with a linked password or Google account.
- Confirm permanent deletion.
The app signs out and clears account-linked local state after the server confirms deletion.
If you cannot access the app
Email support from the email address registered to the account. Use the subject “MockCanvas account deletion request” and include only the registered email address and a short request to delete the account. Support will verify account ownership before deletion.
What is deleted
Your profile, learning and attempt history, saved questions, in-progress tests, leaderboard entries, notification registrations, account-linked question-report submission, course entitlements and access grants are removed. The Firebase Authentication account is deleted last.
What may be retained
Minimized payment and transaction records may be retained where required for financial reconciliation, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or legal obligations. Account deletion does not create purchase restoration rights for a future account. A content-quality issue may remain after your reporter submission and comment are removed.
